Relax for body and mind

The SPA packages include the use of the SPA (sauna, hot tube, steam bath) for 90 minutes, plus a massage session with a different length of time, based on the package of your choosing.

The Hot Clay SPA package offers 60 minutes of a massage with hot clay and 90 minutes of the SPA (sauna, hot tube, steam bath). The Massage with Hot Clay de-contracts the cervical and dorsal muscles, preparing the body for a deep manual massage to lengthen the entire muscle chain. The warm clay bags are expertly rubbed on the back and all over the body stimulating neuron-muscular relaxation, acting as an antidepressant.

Relax and SPA package

The SPA Relax package, offers a 45-minute massage with Relax and 90 minutes of use of the SPA. The Relax massage is performed with slow and deep movements, focusing intensely on the individual needs of the person. Working for a long time on the areas that require it the most work, it stimulates circulation, releasing tension and helping to restore balance.

SPA and mix massage

The SPA and Mix Massage package, offers 45 minutes of Bio-Energetic Antistress Mix Massage and 90 minutes of the SPA (sauna, hot tube, steam bath). It is an excellent anti-stress massage which, with special techniques, restores the internal balance, improving the function of the heart and preventing cardiovascular diseases and stress pathologies.

SPA Scrub package

The SPA Scrub package offers a 60-minute scrub massage with Mediterranean salts and a 90 minute use of the SPA. The Scrub massage with Mediterranean salts is a regenerating body treatment which, thanks to the salts used, combines the mechanical action of the scrub, with the active saline ingredients derived from thalassotherapy.
