Massage

Sauna

In the sauna the heat can reach temperatures up to 90 ° C (194° F) , but thanks to the low humidity (20-30%) it turns into a pleasant embrace that relaxes the muscles and favors the organism purification.

The wood gives off the scent of nature, a primitive invitation to rediscover the serenity of the mind, freeing all tensions.

Steam bath

The Steam bath takes place in a closed environment where the relative humidity is very high (from 90 to 100%). The internal temperature varies from 40 to 60 ° C and increases from bottom to top.

A bath session promotes circulation by dilation of blood vessels. It is caused by the heat and promotes a deep purification of the skin.

Hot tub

The hydromassage treatment consists in the emanation of air from holes placed inside the tank which, depending on the power of the jet, allow you to enjoy a relaxing or invigorating massage.

It reactivates blood and lymphatic circulation and is therefore the best ally against cellulite and swollen legs.

Hydromassage is also firming, since the pressure of water on the skin strengthens the epidermis, which takes on a smooth, relaxed, toned appearance.
